UMasipala waseMsunduzi uchithe ngaphezu kwe-R300 000 ngenyanga eyodwa ekhokhela abasebenzi abamisiwe emsebenzini, okubangele intukuthelo emphakathini ngendlela imali yomphakathi echithwa ngayo.
Ngokombiko ophume ephephandabeni i-The Witness, le mali ikhokhelwa abasebenzi abamisiwe ngenkathi kuphenywa amacala abo. Ngokwemithetho yezabasebenzi eNingizimu Afrika, umuntu omisiwe uvame ukuqhubeka nokuthola iholo lakhe ngenkathi elindile umphumela wophenyo, ukuze kungalimazi ilungelo lakhe lokuthi “utholakala enecala kuze kufakazelwe.”
